This car started out as a notchback with reinforced cowl supports and chassis bracing, then sent to ASC where their roofs were sheared off and windshield frames bent back about 20 degrees. More reinforcement was added and a special tub that was dropped where the rear seats would normally be, this served as housing for a folding soft top, a steel deck lid hinged in the rear, that went on over the tub as a cover when the top was stowed.

Other features included leather sport seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, a custom console and storage bins ala no rearseat. On the outside special taillight covers, unique rear fascia and ground effects, the car was lowered 1“ and 15x7 enkie wheels with good year gaterbacks kept everything rolling.
